These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the tl89 platform. By creating an account or placing a bet, you agree to be bound by these terms in full. For adults aged 21 and above only.
Introduction and Agreement

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and tl89 ("the Company", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the tl89 online gaming platform available at tl89.org and any related services, features, content, and functionality offered through that domain (collectively, the "Platform").
By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.
tl89 reserves the right to amend, modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Any amendments will be communicated to registered players via the Platform and will take effect from the date of publication. Your continued use of the Platform following any such amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

The following six principles summarise the most important commitments tl89 makes to its players and the key obligations players accept when using the Platform.

One Account Per Player
Each player may only hold one account. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will be closed.

BDT Transactions Only
All deposits and withdrawals are processed in Bangladeshi Taka via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard.

All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to wagering requirements and eligibility rules set out in these Terms.
Fair Play Standard
All game outcomes are determined by independently certified RNG systems. No manipulation of game results is possible.
1. Eligibility
1.1
Minimum Age Requirement
You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account and use the tl89 Platform. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are aged 21 or older. tl89 reserves the right to request proof of age documentation at any time and to suspend or permanently close any account where the player is found to be under the required age. Any winnings accrued by an underage player will be forfeited.
1.2
Geographic Eligibility
The tl89 Platform is operated for players located in Bangladesh. By registering, you confirm that you are accessing the Platform from a location where online gaming is not prohibited under applicable local law. It is the player's sole responsibility to determine whether accessing the Platform complies with the laws applicable in their jurisdiction. tl89 makes no representation that the Platform is lawful or available in any particular jurisdiction outside its primary operating market.
1.3
Prohibited Persons
The following persons are not eligible to register or use the Platform: (a) persons under the age of 21; (b) employees, contractors, or agents of tl89 or its affiliated companies; (c) immediate family members of the above; (d) persons who have been self-excluded or excluded by tl89; (e) persons using automated bots, scripts, or software to circumvent game mechanics or Terms of this Agreement.
21+ Only. tl89 enforces strict age verification. If at any point it is determined that a player is under 21 years of age, the account will be immediately suspended, all pending withdrawals will be cancelled, and any balance including bonus funds will be forfeited.
2. Account Registration and Verification
2.1
Registration Requirements
To register an account with tl89 you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full name, date of birth, and a valid Bangladeshi mobile number. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information at all times. tl89 reserves the right to verify the information provided and to request supporting documentation at its discretion.
2.2
KYC Verification
tl89 may require players to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before processing withdrawals, upon reaching certain deposit thresholds, or at any time at tl89's discretion. Acceptable KYC documents may include but are not limited to:
- National Identity Card (NID) issued by the Bangladesh Election Commission
- Valid Bangladesh passport
- Bangladesh driving licence
- Recent utility bill or bank statement showing current address (dated within 90 days)
2.3
Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your tl89 account credentials, including your registered mobile number and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. tl89 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials. You must notify tl89 immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account.
3. Deposits and Withdrawals
3.1
Deposits
All deposits to your tl89 account must be made in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via one of the approved payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, or Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 for most payment methods. Deposits are credited to your account balance in real time or within a few minutes of transaction confirmation. tl89 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.
3.2
Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests may be made to any payment method you have previously used to deposit, subject to the payment provider's own limits and terms. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 hours during normal business hours (Bangladesh Standard Time). tl89 reserves the right to delay processing of a withdrawal pending completion of KYC verification. Any bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn. Withdrawals are denominated in BDT only.
3.3
Currency and Conversion
The tl89 Platform operates exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). All account balances, game stakes, winnings, bonuses, and withdrawal amounts are denominated in BDT. There is no currency conversion applicable on the Platform. Any conversion of funds carried out by your bank or payment provider prior to or following a transaction is entirely the responsibility of the player and subject to that provider's own rates and terms.
4. Bonuses and Promotions
4.1
Welcome Bonus
New tl89 accounts are eligible for a welcome bonus of 100% match on the first qualifying deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. The welcome bonus is credited to the player's account following confirmation of the qualifying deposit. The minimum qualifying deposit to claim the welcome bonus is ৳500. The welcome bonus is available to each eligible player once only and may not be combined with any other promotional offer. tl89 reserves the right to modify or withdraw the welcome bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
4.2
Wagering Requirements
All bonuses credited to your tl89 account are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, the following standard conditions apply:
- The welcome bonus carries a wagering requirement of 30x the bonus amount before withdrawal is permitted.
- Wagering must be completed within 30 days of the bonus being credited. Uncompleted wagering forfeits the bonus and any associated winnings.
- Only real-money stakes count towards wagering requirements. Bonus stakes do not count.
- tl89 reserves the right to determine which games contribute to wagering requirements and at what percentage. Live casino games may contribute at a lower rate than slots.
4.3
Bonus Abuse and Fraud
tl89 maintains zero tolerance for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once; using bonus funds in a manner designed to circumvent wagering requirements; coordinating with other players to exploit promotional terms; or providing false information during registration to qualify for a promotion. Where bonus abuse is identified, tl89 reserves the right to void all bonuses and associated winnings, suspend or permanently close the account, and recover any funds withdrawn as a result of abusive activity.
5. Prohibited Conduct
Players using the tl89 Platform agree to conduct themselves in accordance with applicable law and these Terms at all times. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure.
5.1
Strictly Prohibited Activities
- Opening or operating more than one account on the Platform, whether in your own name or using the identity of another person.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or exploit game outcomes.
- Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraudulent payment activity, or use of stolen or unauthorised payment credentials.
- Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or any subsequent verification process.
- Colluding with other players or exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
5.2
Consequences of Prohibited Conduct
Where tl89 determines, at its sole discretion, that a player has engaged in any prohibited conduct, tl89 may take any one or more of the following actions without prior notice: void any bets or game rounds affected; withhold or confiscate any winnings derived from prohibited activity; suspend the account pending investigation; permanently close the account and bar the player from re-registering; recover any funds withdrawn as a result of prohibited activity; and report the matter to relevant authorities where required by law.
6. Responsible Gaming
6.1
Player Protection Tools
tl89 is committed to responsible gaming and provides players with tools to help manage their gambling activity. These tools include: deposit limits (daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit); session time limits and reminders; temporary cooling-off periods; and self-exclusion options for players who wish to take a break from gambling for a defined or indefinite period. 6.2
Underage Gambling Prevention
tl89 takes all reasonable steps to prevent underage gambling. Parents and guardians are advised to use parental control software on shared devices to prevent minors from accessing online gaming platforms. tl89 will cooperate fully with any investigation into underage gambling and will take all appropriate action upon confirmation of a violation.
7. Intellectual Property and Liability
7.1
Intellectual Property
All content on the tl89 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, game content, and the overall design and layout of the Platform, is the property of tl89 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of tl89.
7.2
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tl89 shall not be liable for: any loss of winnings or profits; any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss; any loss arising from technical failures, server downtime, internet connectivity issues, or circumstances beyond tl89's reasonable control; or any loss arising from a player's failure to comply with these Terms. tl89's total liability to any player in respect of any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the amount deposited by the player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
7.3
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved amicably between the parties shall be referred to binding arbitration. tl89 operates its Platform as a safe and reliable online gaming destination and is committed to fair and transparent resolution of any player dispute.
8. Amendments and Contact
8.1
Amendments to These Terms
tl89 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amended Terms will be published on the Platform with an updated effective date. Where changes are material, tl89 will endeavour to notify registered players via the contact information held on their account. It is the player's responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
